Join us inGenoaasiIT Product Manager – Order &Offer; Management Systemsand take ownership of high-impact digital solutions that power one of the most strategic platforms in our shore ecosystem.
In this role, you will shape and drive the evolution of the Order & Offer Management System (O&OMS;), a mission-critical platform orchestrating the end-to-end cruise reservation process — including cabin sales, transportation, and ancillary services. Partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you will translate strategic needs into robust product capabilities that enable B2C and B2B revenue growth, scalability, and operational excellence across the sales ecosystem.

mission-critical environment.
Product Ownership & Platform Vision
You will develop a deep understanding of the O&OMS; platform, defining product requirements, shaping priorities, and ensuring coherent, scalable solutions across processes, systems, integrations, and releases.
Business Strategy to Technical Delivery
You will work with demand teams and corporate stakeholders to understand commercial and operational priorities, challenge requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
End-to-End Delivery Governance
You will govern initiatives across the delivery lifecycle—from discovery and requirement definition to testing, release, and adoption—coordinating internal IT teams, software factories, and external vendors to secure quality, timelines, and measurable business outcomes.
