Who We Are Looking For
Senior Administration and Finance Specialist
The AI4I Foundation is seeking a Senior Administration and Finance Specialist,
who will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of the administrative processes of a rapidly growing national foundation, playing a part in the evolution of the Finance function – with its advanced organizational structure – right from its early stages. The current role offers further progression in terms of responsibility and career development in the medium term.
The successful candidate will act as the operational lead for the Foundation’s administrative processes, providing the necessary support to the scientific network with the aim of streamlining procurement and administrative management activities, minimizing the administrative burden on the researchers themselves, in full compliance with the Foundation’s regulations and public law, ensuring coordination between researchers, internal departments, external service providers involved in administrative activities, and ensurin
