Reporting to the Global Customer Insights Manager, the Global Customer Insights Senior Analyst supports CRM data governance, customer segmentation and analytics, helping maintain a reliable,
unified customer view and turning customer data into insights and reporting that support commercial and strategic decisions. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, covering data quality checks, KPI reporting, campaign analysis and support to predictive modeling and Customer Engagement Programs. It partners closely with the Global Customer Insights Manager and cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Retail) to ensure accurate, timely and actionable customer data across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:
- Support CRM data governance and data quality checks, helping ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR) and consent management, in partnership with IT.
- Maintain and update customer database segmentation, contributing to a single, unified customer view across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain CRM KPI reports and dashboards to track acquisition, engagement and retention performance.
