Role Overview
The CE Technical Traineris responsible fordelivering high-quality technical training to Construction Equipment (CE) Dealer Technicians. This role focuses onenhancing technicians’technical competencies, diagnostic capabilities, and repair skills to ensuremaximumcustomer uptime and satisfaction. Training is delivered through both face-to-face sessions and remote virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials for CE machine courses. Collaborate with product engineering teams to develop and update training content for new machines, software, and technical updates.
- Deliver training sessions in English and the trainer's native language.
- Manage and maintain the Training Calendar.
- Coordinate training deliveries with the support of the Training Administrator, utilizing machines available at Technical Training Centers for both presential (face-to-face) and remote (online) modalities.
