Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Development and execution of Rosenberger’s sales activities in the defined region
Development and management of customer relationships across various industries
Definition of a 3- to 5-year business plan and sales strategy for the markets
Preparation of an action plan to expand existing and new business relationships
Annual increase of Rosenberger’s revenue and market share
Support of regional sales channels
Support in the development and implementation of marketing plans
Presentation of RFP/RFQ responses
Organization of product presentations, meetings, training sessions, etc.




Negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with given guidelines
Profile:
Completed technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
Knowledge of electromechanical components, preferably in an industrial environment xlwpduy
Solid experience in sales, preferably in an international environment
Persuasive personality with strong teamwork skills and flexibility
Very good command of English, both written and spoken, good knowledge of italian is an advantage
Willingness to travel required
