The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical, operational, and strategic management of the company’s real estate assets, ensuring maximum efficiency of the facilities and sustainability of energy consumption.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Asset Management (Hard Facility Management) - Ensure the proper functioning of all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and civil infrastructure.
- Plan and monitor ordinary, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs. - Supervise extraordinary maintenance activities and building refurbishment projects.
2. Energy Management & Sustainability - Monitor and analyze energy consumption using Building Management Systems (BMS). - Identify, design, and implement energy efficiency measures to reduce the company’s carbon footprint. - Manage the procurement of energy commodities and monitor performance against sustainability KPIs. - Ensure compliance with all relevant energy regulations (e.g., Energy Audits as per applicable national directives).

- Ensure adherence to Thales Alenia Space standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement within the team.
