L.t.e Toyota Material Handling Europe, is part of Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), a multinational company active in 5 regions. Together with Toyota Material Handling International, North America, China and Japan, we pursue a shared goal: to optimize our customers' material handling activities by providing high-quality products under the TOYOTA, BT, RAYMOND and CESAB brands. The Ostellato (FE) plant, an integral part of the group, designs and produces lifting systems for our forklifts. The position is a very analytical position but with a practical approach. The activity will be carried out at the Ostellato plant, within the Process & Maintenance Engineering department, with a particular focus on the production departments of assembly and automatic painting. An operational approach, combined with analytical skills, will be the key to this selection.
The employee will be responsible for the following activities:
- Work on process standardization, collaborate with the Quality department to increase the quality of the finished product;
- Study the production flow and operating methods.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and waste.
- Collect and analyze production data.
- Study, in collaboration with operational maintenance, countermeasures to problems and increase the efficiency of machines and systems;
- Constantly interact with internal stakeholders, collaborate with other departments and other functions;
- Propose and implement improvement actions (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen).
- Reduce cycle times, waste and operating costs.
- Use tools such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Ishikawa and FMEA.
- Prepare reports and presentations;
