Reporting to the Regional Director, you will support pricing for new business opportunities and monitoring existing underwriting scheme performance, identifying areas for improvements and making clear recommendations to support the achievement of the regional business plan. You will work with colleagues across Europe, contribute to continuous improvement,
and have the opportunity to broaden your experience through our actuarial exam and rotational programme.What you will do:* Prepare pricing for new business opportunities ensuring that pricing is within risk appetite, sustainable and provides the opportunity for business development teams to win new business.* Prepare regular performance analysis output, monitoring actual vs expected results for both internal and external business partners. Ensure reports and business communications support effective business decision-making. Gather, validate and interpret data from a range of sources, applying appropriate methodologies and identifying trends that may influence business performance.* Translate financial projections into practical business metrics, recommendations and insights for stakeholders across finance, accounting, regulatory, IT and other teams.* Recommend improvements to pricing and underwriting processes, data quality, reporting and ways of working.* Lead or contribute to team projects, support knowledge sharing, and provide constructive peer review and feedback.* Man
