Job Description
We are looking a Global Media Coordinator who will join the Brand Media Department, working closely with internal (E-Commerce, Communication & PR, Social Media, Product Marketing, Merchandising) and external stakeholders (Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, Media Partners) to strengthen the brand’s global visibility and support business growth through integrated media strategies.
Role Purpose
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the coordination of global media strategy, media budget allocations across markets and ensuring alignment between brand initiatives and key media touchpoints (OOH, print and digital).
Key Responsibilities
- Work to define and lead the global media strategy across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives
- Orchestrate the media mix, coordinating 360 key campaigns, product launches, events and brand initiatives
- Translate marketing priorities into integrated media plans, ensuring consistency between brand storytelling, campaign objectives, and channel strategy
- Manage relationships with media agencies and partners, from briefing to campaign activation and performance review
- Coordinate the media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of investments and maximizing ROI,
working close with the Social Media Manager for shared digital media activities
- Identify emerging media opportunities, trends, and partnerships to strengthen the brand’s global presence

Profile & Requirements
- 5 years of experience in media planning, or integrated marketing roles, preferably within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Experience managing integrated campaigns, media agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities
Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus
