We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist & Booking Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
- Managing reservations through OTA platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
- Handling direct bookings and guest communications
- Updating availability, rates, and reservations using the channel manager Beddy
- Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Ensuring accuracy in all booking and administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, precise, and highly reliable
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and booking systems
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo

Retribuzione: €1.300,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
