With over 9,000 qualified therapists and more than 7 million therapy sessions delivered, bwe’re proud to have made a meaningful difference in countless lives. /b /p pWe are looking for an bAI Workflow Agent Builder /b to join our central Operations team and grow with us as we build an AI-native company. /p pReporting to the Head of Operational Intelligence, you will work alongside our Operations sub-departments to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to building practical AI-powered solutions. /p pWe look for a hands‑on, bcurious builder /b: someone who enjoys experimenting with new tools and is eager to turn ideas into working solutions. You do not need to come from a traditional engineering background. What matters most is that you have already built something with AI (even if it’s a personal project) and that you are hungry to learn and grow fast. /p pYou’ll contribute to building big varieties of solutions from Agents / Agentic Systems / Connectors to automations, copilots, integrations, and workflows that help shape the way the operation team of Unobravo works. /p pIf you get excited by connecting tools, building things that didn’t exist yesterday, and rethinking how work should happen in the age of AI, we’d love to meet you. /p h3The Essentials /h3 pbSeniority: /bEntry-Level /p pbSalary range: /bEUR 30,000 - 35,000 in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pbDrive AI adoption /b within the Operations team by elevating AI literacy and empowering team members to actively participate in the creation, orchestration and continuous improvement of AI agents. /p pbMap Diagnose: /bGet involved with internal teams to understand how they work, spot repetitive or inefficient tasks, and flag opportunities where AI and automation could help, always alongside more senior team members. /p pbAgents and Agent orchestration /b for the team and potentially contributing outside of the team: contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions, including:
/p ul liworkflow automations /li liAI copilots and internal assistants /li lireporting automations /li liintegrations between existing tools and AI platforms /li lilightweight internal tooling /li /ul pTypical tooling may include: OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, Make, Zapier, n8n, spreadsheets, databases, and SaaS integrations. /p pbSupport Translate: /b Help bridge the gap between technical solutions and non-technical teams. You can explain what you built and why it matters in simple, clear terms. /p pbDocument Enable: /bHelp document processes, contribute to internal playbooks, and support teammates in adopting new tools and workflows. /p h3Must-have /h3 ul liFirst hands‑on experience building agents and agentic orchestration systems: personal projects, university work or freelance experience all count. Show us what you built. /li liProblem‑solving attitude: you enjoy figuring out how things work and finding smarter ways to do them. /li liExcellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate and train non-technical people. /li liEager to learn, iterate and grow in a fast‑moving environment. /li liFamiliarity with Python and/or SQL /li liExposure to Operations workflows /li liAny experience in a startup or high‑growth environment /li liStrong curiosity and a habit of staying up to date with the AI tools landscape /li /ul pbNot everyone checks every box, and that’s okay.
