ppSentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Chromatography and Rapid Tests, in order to expand the PM Team, is looking for a: /p h3About the Position: /h3 pWe are looking for a highly motivated and scientifically driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team and support the strategic growth of Sentinel Group's diagnostic portfolio. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing products across multiple diagnostic areas, including: /p ul liClinical Chemistry Immunochemistry /li liFecal Immunochemical Testing (FIT) /li liChromatography /li liLateral Flow Rapid Tests /li /ul pActing as the bridge between the market and the organization, the Product Manager will work closely with RD, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing teams to identify market opportunities, drive innovation, support product development, and ensure successful product positioning and commercialization worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Product Lifecycle Management: /h3 ul liManage assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept and development to launch, growth, and phase-out /li liDefine and execute product strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market needs /li liMonitor product performance and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and expansion /li liDevelop and maintain product roadmaps and business plans /li liAnalyze market trends, customer needs, healthcare dynamics, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities /li liEvaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on the diagnostic market /li liSupport strategic decision-making through market research and business intelligence activities /li liContribute to the definition of product positioning, differentiation strategies, and value propositions /li /ul h3New Product Development:



/h3 ul liGather and translate customer, clinical, and commercial needs into product requirements and design inputs /li liLead Product Management activities within cross-functional product development projects /li liCollaborate with RD teams to ensure that new products address unmet market needs and customer expectations /li liSupport product verification, validation, performance evaluation, and market readiness activities /li /ul h3Scientific and Clinical Support: /h3 ul liDevelop scientific content to support product development, launches, training, and commercial activities /li liOrganise and coordinate product evaluations, and scientific collaborations /li liSupport the preparation of scientific publications, posters, abstracts, white papers, and congress presentations /li liAnalyze scientific literature and translate clinical evidence into product value and customer benefits /li liCollaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to define and execute product launch strategies /li liProvide scientific and marketing support to sales teams, distributors, and business partners /li liDevelop product presentations, training programs, marketing materials, and competitive analyses /li liDeliver product training to internal and external stakeholders /li /ul h3KOL and Scientific Network Management: /h3 ul liEstablish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, laboratories, academic institutions, and scientific partners /li liCoordinate product evaluations, clinical studies, advisory boards,



and collaborative research activities to support product development and market adoption /li liRepresent the company within the scientific and diagnostic community /li liCreate and maintain end-user documentation, including product guides, application notes, and technical documentation /li liDraft and distribute technical communications and product updates to customers and distributors /li liCollaborate with Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams on post-market surveillance activities /liliReview customer feedback, complaints, and field performance data to identify improvement opportunities /li /ul h3Industry Representation: /h3 ul liRepresent the company at national and international congresses, trade shows, workshops, and scientific meetings /li liConduct customer visits and support interactions with strategic partners and distributors worldwide /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMaster's Degree or equivalent in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related Life Science discipline /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Product Management within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Medical Device industry /li liStrong understanding of the diagnostic market and laboratory workflows /li liExperience supporting product development and product launch activities /li liAbility to interpret scientific literature and clinical data /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills /li liStrong communication and presentation capabilities /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications /li liFluent written and spoken English /li liAvailability for international travel /li /ul h3What We offer: /h3 ul liPermanent Contract, Full-Time /li liGross annual salary starting from € 40.000 plus annual premio /li liCompany car, laptop, phone /li liCompany welfare /li liDaily meal vouchers /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
