TMC Italy is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and be part of groundbreaking projects in the automotive world.
About this vacancy
- Manage cross-functional team meetings, adapting to project phases
- Process and track anomalies in company database
- Monitor project progress and provide reports to management
- Participate actively in technical project meetings
- Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes
- Ensure the application of company methodologies for problem analysis and resolution.
What we expect from you
- MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on vehicle engineering
- Ability to read technical drawings and bills of materials
- Capability to prepare presentations and technical reports
- Fluency in Italian and English
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Availability for occasional short business trips.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €36.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications,
the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
