Cluster Revenue Manager in Prague, Czech RepublicWe are hiring a Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels in the Czech Republic.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy, yield management and online distribution systems.Location: Prague (office-based)Cluster Scope: 4 hotels (subject to expansion)Role OverviewThe Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue, RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy through effective yield management, dynamic pricing, and distribution optimization.You will report to the Director of Revenue and work closely with the CEO (weekly performance reviews).Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily pricing, rate loading, and inventory control across all distribution channelsOptimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performanceManage and maintain Channel Manager, OTA extranets (Booking.Com, Expedia), and CRS/PMS systemsImplement yield management and dynamic pricing strategiesHandle group pricing, corporate rates,
and contract negotiationsIdentify and develop new distribution channels and revenue streamsPrepare weekly forecasts, budgeting, and revenue reportsOptimize online visibility, ranking, and conversion across OTAsRequirementsMinimum 1+ year experience in Hotel Revenue Management / Yield ManagementExperience with Channel Manager, PMS, CRS, OTA platforms (Booking.Com, Expedia)Strong knowledge of RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Forecasting, KPI analysisAdvanced Excel / data analysis skillsFluent English (spoken and written)Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in multi-property / cluster role is a plusMust be eligible to work in the European Union (EU work permit or EU citizenship required)What We OfferCluster exposure across multiple hotelsStrategic role with direct impact on business performanceWeekly exposure to senior leadership (CEO level)Modern and professional working environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
