Job Description As an Intern within the Prescription (Rx) Business Unit, you will support the Marketing Manager in adapting global brand strategies to the local market. you will support also Consumer Bu activities. Key responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, also supporting special projects in CX. This internship provides valuable exposure to pharmaceutical marketing, product launch strategies, and brand management in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing strategies for prescription and biologic products, ensuring alignment with global and local business objectives
- Coordinate the creation and adapt promotional materials and campaigns
- Coordinate the congress plan
- Support the execution of HCP engagement plans and key projects (including CX)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales (in part materials and training), medical, regulatory, market access and external agencies to drive brand growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree Pharmacy or Marketing (Product/Brand Management) in Pharma Company ( preferred)
- Master of Science Marketing is a plus
- Passion for marketing and communication, dermatology areas in pharma company
- Fluent in Business English / Fluent in Italian (mother tongue preferably)
- Team-oriented, ownership, proactive, problem solving, creative approach, flexibility, and willing to learn and contribute to brand growth
- Office tools + Veeva Vault knowledge would be considered a plus
