In this phase of business growth, the Corporate Strategy & Finance Department is looking for the position outlined below.Key responsibilitiesIdentifying key targets: Companies, Products, Assets.Focusing on internal and external stakeholders’ network (building, expanding, consolidating, updating).Maintaining and regularly updating BD mapping and related platforms/tools.Supporting business case preparation: Economics / PPT, termsheets/contracts understanding.Supporting project & team management: project planning/management, data room management (IN/OUT),
due diligence management/coordination (IN/OUT).QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Economics or Engineering.Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.3-5 years of related experience in the Pharma Business or Consulting with direct exposure to financial processes, budgeting, planning/forecasting within the pharmaceutical sector.Deep understanding of the Pharma/BioTech competitive arena and evolving market scenarios (competitive landscape, market & pipeline).Ability to understand and actively contribute to the management of a Business Case.Ability to conduct research, analyze data, market trends, and competitor behaviors.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Leadership & Human SkillsStrong ability to balance strategic and analytical skills with relentless drive on execution.Ability to prioritize and apply critical reasoning.Significant interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and "can‑do" attitude.Ability to build and maximize relationships/networking with cross‑functional internal and strategic external stakeholders.Location: RomeWork arrangementSmart working eligible.Relocation allowance provided if necessary.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionFinance and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesPharmaceutical ManufacturingBusiness Consulting and Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
