Duties And Responsibilities

- Provide consistent massages and body /facial treatments as directed in training classes
- Recommend and up-sell services that fit the guest's needs
- Communicate and describe accurately the spa offerings and their benefits
- Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a gracious, enthusiastic,



helpful and professional attitude with all guests and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area
- Take care of the equipment and products used throughout the spa facility
- Assist in all areas of the spa’s operation as directed by management

Requirements

- Beautician degree

Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed Beautician in a luxury hotel environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of holistic concepts and treatments

Self-motivation
