pstrongAbout the Company: /strong /ppMuviq is a multinational automotive company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of transmission systems and powertrain components for a wide range of markets, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and industrial applications. /ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the role: /strong /ppWe are looking for a strongRed X Problem Solving Expert /strong to join our global engineering organization and become the technical reference for complex manufacturing and quality challenges across our operations worldwide. /ppIn this highly visible role, you will lead high-impact investigations, identify the dominant causes of variation, and drive sustainable improvements using the renowned strongShainin Red X® methodology /strong and advanced statistical tools. /ppIf you are passionate about solving difficult technical problems, influencing cross-functional teams, and making a measurable impact on manufacturing performance, we would love to hear from you. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /ppAs a Red X Problem Solving Expert, you will: /pulliLead complex root cause investigations utilizing Shainin Red X® methodology. /liliDrive breakthrough solutions for chronic manufacturing and quality issues. /liliFacilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities across global production facilities. /liliApply advanced statistical methods including DOE, Regression Analysis, Process Capability Analysis, and Minitab. /liliIdentify dominant sources of variation and process instability. /liliConduct failure analysis of components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
/liliSupport critical customer escalations and major quality incidents. /liliCoach and develop engineers, quality professionals, and plant teams in structured problem-solving techniques. /liliStandardize and promote best-in-class problem-solving methodologies across the organization. /liliCollaborate closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, RD, Operations, and Supplier Quality teams. /liliSupport new product launches through proactive identification and mitigation of process risks. /liliPresent technical findings, recommendations, and project results to senior leadership and customers. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Experience /strong /pulli8-10 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing environments. /liliAt least 5 years of hands-on experience applying the strongShainin Red X® problem-solving methodology /strong. /liliCertified Shainin Red X® Practitioner. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongTechnical Expertise /strong /pulliDeep expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE). /liliAdvanced statistical analysis skills using Minitab or equivalent tools.
