ppEnvolve Consulting, an independent company active in management search, selects a skill and motivated Supervisor Production Injection for a prestigious multinational company operating in the plastics manufacturing sector. /p pHe/She guarantees the correct execution of the activities related to the mould installation and maintenace, coordinating the staff (tool setters and shift leaders) and intervening, when necessary, in solving the problems. He/She is responsible for the timely execution of the activities in relation to orders, and for the respect of HSE procedures in his/her area. /p h3Main tasks and responsibilities /h3 ul liBased on the production plan, he/she guarantees the proper installation of the moulds onto the machines. /li liSupervises the set up and the start of the machinery also using the proxy tool /li liEnsures that the first productions after the installation are properly controlled, in order to verify that the products fit the standards in term of quality /li liIn case of problems,



he/she is responsible for their solution and for restoring the desired quality levels /li liEnsures that all the relevant information are stored in the production ERP /li liHandles materials with forklift and overhead crane /li liSupport scaling-up of protypes /li liEnsures the correct execution of HSE policies, and the adoption of HSE best practices /li liMonitors the status of efficiency of the machines and suggests maintenance interventions /li liSupervises the ordinary cleaning of the workplace /li liCoordinates his teams (tool setters and shift leaders), assessing their performance and skills and taking care of their development /li liStrong focus on high standard of order and cleaning in all the production area /li liKnowlwdge of 5S standars and Lean Principles /li liHigh level of communication and capability of manteining solid relationships /li /ul h3Education and experience /h3 ul liTechnical High School Diploma /li li5 years of experience as a tool setter in manufacturing companies, and 2 years as team leader /li /ul pPlace of work: Vittorio Veneto (TV). /p pSalary range: 40/45K. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
