About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Digital Operations Agent to optimize our digital workflows, manage online platforms, and ensure seamless daily technical operations for our remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Monitor, streamline, and update digital processes, cloud tools, and internal operational systems.
- Documentation & Records: Organize, catalog, and securely maintain digital assets, cloud-based invoices, and operational reports.
- Team Support: Assist the remote team in preparing technical presentations, performance data reports, and digital project estimates.
- Vendor & Tool Coordination: Collaborate with online software vendors and platform providers to manage digital subscriptions and troubleshoot operational tools.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or a related field (technical or administrative background preferred).
- Proven proficiency in management tools, collaboration platforms, and remote software.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily internal and external interactions.
- Full professional fluency in
- Italian and English (spoken and written).
