As part of a fixed-term contract of 1 year, you will join our Sales Back Office team in Italy and be responsible for the following tasks: Preparing, processing, and monitoring quotations, orders, and deliveries in compliance with the established Sales Administration procedures. Preparing quotations for prospects. Collecting the necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests. Providing support to customers and distributors. Assisting with the follow-up of deliveries for registered orders. Opening, monitoring, and filing customer records. Collaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of customer
