It's knowing that the world is yours and that your chances to work in various countries are within your reach, all while still being part of our great family. /p pIt is experiencing one of the most exciting journeys of your life, a journey where personal and professional growth will accompany you at every step. /p pAre you ready to take the reins of your professional career and explore new inspiring opportunities within Meliá? /p h3Mission of The Role: Responsible for strategy in the assigned segment /h3 h3What will you have to do? /h3 ul liDefine the global strategy for the assigned business. /li liEnsure the implementation of the sales strategy in the different Hotels and ensure that the strategy of other segments is correctly implemented in the business units for which they are directly responsible (both hotels and Segment sales teams). /li liParticipate in planning projects and defining priorities /li liResponsible for implementing strategy for all of the segments for companies in hotels under their responsibility and validating with Revenue Management the appropriate segmentation for hotels under their responsibility. /li liMonitor the sales objectives and define and implement the action plans required to achieve the objectives for the segment. /li liManage relationships with Key Accounts on a global level. /li liLead the contracting of new accounts in the segment, including online platforms or partners,
that bring increased business and/or visibility on a global level. /li liDevelop relationships with key accounts to maximise revenue and ensure a positive perception of the company in the markets under their responsibility. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 ul liAt least, 2 years of experience in the same role. /li liDegree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar. /li liItalian and advanced English /li liGreat ability to communicate and negotiate. /li liKnowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and Focus tools. /li liAvailability to travel. /li /ul h3The position can be classified at level B1 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level B1: € 2.124,89 gross monthly). /h3 h3The initial Gross Annual Salary is around € 30.000,00 in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position. /h3 h3Further information on framing, economic treatment, any reward systems, welfare and company benefits will be provided during the selection process.
