This role focuses on process mapping, digitalization through RPA and AI, and executing improvements spanning order capture, order management, inventory, and collections. Acting as a key liaison between global and regional teams, the role ensures that strategic logistics projects are delivered successfully and aligned to organizational priorities. /p h3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3 ul liLead global and regional logistics projects from initiation through successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business strategy.br/ /li liDesign and optimize end-to-end logistics workflows, focusing on automation, scalability, and adaptability for diverse market needs.br/ /li liMap, analyze, and re-engineer logistics processes to eliminate inefficiencies and introduce best practices.br/ /li liPartner with IT and business stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy RPA, AI-driven functionalities,



and other relevant digital tools.br/ /li liDrive improvements in order capture, order management, inventory control, and collections processes to maximize operational performance.br/ /li liDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables, establishing clear timelines and success metrics.br/ /li liCoordinate with cross-functional international teams (finance, supply chain, IT, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution.br/ /li liMonitor, track, and report project performance against objectives, identifying and escalating risks where necessary.br/ /li liEnsure compliance with international trade, logistics regulations, and internal company standards.br/ /li liServe as subject matter expert in logistics process transformation, advising leadership on opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.br/ /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.br/ /li liMinimum 7–10 years of experience in global logistics, supply chain operations, or project management.br/ /li liProven track record in managing large-scale logistics or operations transformation projects across multiple geographies.br/ /li liHands-on experience with process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies,



and change management.br/ /li liStrong knowledge of RPA, AI applications, and digital process automation in a logistics or supply chain environment.br/ /li liFamiliarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, or comparable platforms).br/ /li liExcellent project management skills, with certification preferred.br/ /li liStrong analytical ability with the capacity to translate data and process insights into actionable improvements.br/ /li liAdvanced communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural context.br/ /li liProficiency in English is required; Italian and/or other languages are an advantage.br/ /li liStrategic thinking with the ability to balance execution detail with long‑term vision.br/ /li liStrong focus on delivering measurable, data‑driven business impact.br/ /li liCollaborative leadership style with cross‑functional influencing skills.br/ /li liAdaptability to complex, fast‑paced, and changing business environments. /li lipCommitment to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on digital transformation and innovation. /p /li /ul pThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities. /p h3OUR CORE PRINCIPALS /h3 pSafety.
