ph3About This Vacancy /h3 pYou will work at the intersection of data science, software engineering, and cloud technologies, transforming machine learning models into robust, production-ready applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop end-to-end ML pipelines, optimize model performance, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of AI-powered systems. /p ul liDefine machine learning system requirements, solution architectures, and technical specifications based on business and project objectives. /li liPerform data analysis, model feasibility assessments, and technology evaluations to support the development of scalable AI and machine learning solutions. /li liDesign, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models, automated ML pipelines, and production-ready AI applications aligned with project goals. /li liConduct model testing, validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical documentation to ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability of machine learning solutions in production environments /li /ul h3What We Expect From You /h3 ul liMSc or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or equivalent /li liPrevious industry experience is considered a plus /li liStrong working knowledge of Python, Matlab, R /li liWorking knowledge of common machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Spark, Keras /li liProven experience in modeling physical-technical problems, risk modeling, algorithm development, image processing and / or data analysis is considered a plus /li liExperience with image processing is considered a plus /li liGood oral and written communication skills,
both in Italian and English /li /ul h3What You Can Expect From Us /h3 pThe position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – bRAL /b) will be no less than b€32,000 /b, in line with the bNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services /b. /p pTMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. /p pIn line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a bproject profit-sharing /b component, an bindividual annual learning and development budget /b of b€4,000 net /b, and an bannual welfare allowance /b.
