Ignite is hiring an Italian Client Experience Representative to join our Lisbon team. You will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients, resolving inquiries across phone, email, and live chat platforms.
This on-site role requires willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule (40 hours/week). You will engage in continuous learning, handle data entry in CRM databases, and strive to meet CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets while contributing to a collaborative, customer-first culture.
