The Role
As an AI Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will support clients in identifying strategic opportunities to remain competitive and differentiate themselves by leveraging artificial intelligence.
You will combine business acumen with a strong understanding of AI technologies to translate complex challenges into actionable initiatives,
shaping AI adoption pathways that deliver measurable impact across operations, customer engagement, and strategic growth. You will also maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements, providing proactive insights and strategic recommendations to help organizations anticipate change and capitalize on innovation.
