Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise.Lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and proof-of-concept activities.Support large-scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives.Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.Qualifications
- Strong consulting and technical services background across enterprise environments.
- Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Solution design, architecture and implementation experience.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Ability to support complex enterprise environments and transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics clearly.
- Proven ability to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams in a regional environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and customer focus.
- Ability to develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
