You will ensure compliance with EU food safety regulations, manage HACCP protocols and lead continuous improvement initiatives. /p pThis role is central to delivering safe, sustainable and high-quality plant-based products to consumers across Europe. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and continuously improve the HACCP system across all production lines /li liConduct internal audits and prepare for external certification audits (BRC, IFS)



/li liLead root cause analysis for quality incidents and implement corrective actions /li liTrain production staff on food safety and hygiene standards /li liLiaise with suppliers on raw material specifications and incoming quality checks /li liReport quality KPIs to senior management monthly /li /ul h3Must-have Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field /li liMinimum 3 years experience in food quality management in a production environment /liliIn-depth knowledge of HACCP, BRC/IFS standards and EU Regulation 852/2004 /li liInternal auditor certification /li liFluent Italian and good English /li /ul h3Nice-to-have Requirements /h3 ul liExperience with plant-based or alternative protein products /li liKnowledge of allergen management systems /li liExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) /li /ul h3Personal Requirements /h3 ul liDetail-oriented with zero tolerance for quality shortcuts /li liStrong leadership and ability to influence production teams /li liCalm under pressure during audits and incidents /li liProactive mindset for continuous improvement /li /ul pInterested in this position? /p pSubmit your application for this position /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
