OverviewWe are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Milan office within the Services team (after sales). The role focuses on maximizing customer benefits and ensuring project success on 3DEXPERIENCE platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the customer to achieve business objectives leveraging 3DS expertise powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Lead customer workshops to map AS-IS processes and use cases, define TO-BE processes and operational flows, and run a gap analysis between 3DS solutions and customer needs
- Challenge and optimize customer business processes to drive Digital Transformation and value creation, by proposing 3DS Solutions in line with company strategy
- Foster alignment among 3DS teams to create a shared vision of the Solution Architecture and ensure project success.
- Oversee and actively support SIT/UAT phases, conducting test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to go-live
- Ensure the delivered solution is aligned with the Scope of Work (SoW) and meets customer expectations throughout the adoption phase
- Act as the main communicator between the customer and internal teams, including software developers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and system integrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration within Manufacturing domain (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar)
- Solid knowledge on web application architecture (APIs, Web Services), data analysis, data migration processes and ICT systems analysis
- Functional understanding of PLM systems and manufacturing concepts such as EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, and Work Instructions
