Job Overview:The Senior Project Manager is responsible for foreseeing project opportunities and issues and adjusting strategies to embrace or mitigate them. They directly influence and negotiate with clients and suppliers regularly. The Senior Project Manager has bottom-line accountability for the financial and technical success of the project or area of project responsibility. They are responsible for the pursuit, capture, and management of all phases of medium and/or complex projects. They are accountable for the financial and technical success of the project, and they lead Project and/or Discipline Managers to achieve project objectives.

Essential Qualifications and Education:EPC PM: 15+ years relevant industry experience (Min. 8 years as a PM); FEED PM: 10+ years relevant industry experience (Min. 5 years as a FEED PM)Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval, Architecture, etc.) or Construction Management Post Graduate Management qualification an advantageAbility to develop Project’s Execution strategy, Profit Plan, and objectives to ensure efficient and effective implementation, aligned with McDermott Policies, overall business strategy, and objectivesTechnical competency in the subject matter of the Project to be able to manage the implications of technical challenges and selec
