We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented Account Manager to join the Service and After-Sales team of Stevanato Group's Engineering BU.
The successful candidate will:
- - Support with market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.
- - Be accountable for the performance of assigned portfolio and for the development of customer prospects in relevant area.
- - Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long lasting relationships with key decision makers across the customer's organization
- - Collaborate with Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Group to foster the Company's business model and deliver added value solutions
- - Serve as lead point of contact for all customer's service requests and queries.
- - Monitor market trends to identify and seize commercial opportunities for the Group.
- - Manage function's budget in line with business objectives/guidelines
- - Create effective relationships with actual and potential customers to foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholders involved.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:
- Market and Industry understanding and in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segments - Customers and Prospects products and processes understanding - Key Account Planning and Project Management - Customer Service and CRM Management - Analysis and Reporting: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications - Budget management - IT Tools: use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, etc.)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- +3 years of experiences in a commercial role preferably in the customer service and after sales department - English language proficiency is essential for the role (at least B2). - Focus on Client's needs - Business Acumen - Analytical Approach - Time Management - Problem Solving - Accountability - Communication - Negotiation - Availability to business trips
