Supervisor Job Title Owner and Managing Director
- Support international sales and business development activities across key markets, with a particular focus on Asia.
- Research and identify potential clients, architects, interior designers, developers, retailers and hospitality partners.
- Assist with lead generation, CRM updates and follow-up activities.
- Help coordinate enquiries and projects between clients, the sales team and internal departments.
- Conduct market, competitor and sector research across the high-end residential, hospitality, retail and contract interiors sectors.
What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.
The internship will provide hands-on experience in international sales and project development within the high-end interiors sector. The trainee will learn how to support commercial activities across different markets, research prospective clients and partners, prepare presentations and sales materials, and assist with the development and follow-up of projects in the hospitality,
retail, residential and contract sectors.
With guidance from the sales and project teams, the trainee will develop skills in market analysis, client communication, lead generation, CRM management, quotation support and commercial reporting. They will also gain an understanding of premium furniture, materials, design processes and the coordination required between clients, architects, designers and internal departments.
Regular supervision, feedback and on-the-job training will be provided throughout the internship, helping the trainee strengthen their communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills while gaining practical experience in an international, design-led business environment.
