Supervisor Job Title Owner and Managing Director

- Support the Technical and Project Management Department in the development and coordination of high-end interior projects.
- Assist with the preparation, review and organisation of technical drawings, specifications, schedules and project documentation.
- Help analyse client briefs, design requirements and technical information provided by architects, designers and consultants.
- Support the development of bespoke furniture and interior solutions, ensuring alignment with design intent, technical feasibility and quality standards.
- Assist with the selection and documentation of materials, finishes, hardware and construction details.
- Support the preparation and updating of project timelines, task lists, progress reports and delivery schedules.
- Help monitor project progress, identify potential issues and follow up on outstanding technical information or approvals.
- Participate in internal project meetings.
- Support quality-control activities during production, delivery and installation.
- Assist with the organisation of samples, mock-ups, technical presentations and approval documents.

The internship will provide practical experience within the Technical and Project Management Department of a high-end interiors company. The trainee will learn how bespoke furniture and interior projects are developed, coordinated and delivered, from the initial client brief and technical review through to production, installation and final handover.

Working under the guidance of experienced team members, the trainee will support the preparation and review of technical documentation, drawings, specifications, schedules and project files. They will gain an understanding of materials, finishes, construction methods, quality standards and the coordination required between designers, architects, suppliers, production teams, installers and clients.

The internship will also help the trainee develop skills in project planning, problem-solving, communication, organisation, progress tracking and attention to detail. Regular supervision, practical training and feedback will be provided throughout the placement, enabling the trainee to build confidence and gain valuable experience in the management of international residential, hospitality, retail and contract projects.
