Role Description The Senior Business Developer will play a key role in identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities for Rastan Consulting in target markets and segments. This tempo parziale remote role involves building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their strategic priorities, and positioning Rastan Consulting’s services to meet those needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, qualifying leads, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining a structured pipeline in CRM tools.
The Senior Business Developer will collaborate closely with the founder and consulting team to refine value propositions, prepare proposals, and support the design of tailored engagements. The role also includes gathering market feedback, contributing to commercial strategy, and ensuring a high standard of professional communication and client experience.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market data, assessing opportunities, and supporting commercial decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and represent the firm in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify target segments, qualify opportunities, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Proven track record in B2B business development, consulting, or professional services sales, ideally with SMEs or growth-stage companies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, structured sales processes, and basic marketing or outreach techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership teams and comfort discussing strategy, performance, and growth challenges.
