About The Position We are looking for Italian-speaking professionals with strong communication skills to join our Social Media Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and digital channels, providing efficient solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The training program in Lisbon starts in August or September depending on your availability to start. Respond to customer questions via social media and online communication channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
English level B1/B2 or higher.
Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms. 12-month renewable contract.
~40-hour workweek with rotating shifts (8 hours per day).
