Business Development Executive (Turin) – Tempo pieno, on-site – Torino, PIE, IT. Compensation: €35,000 - €60,000 OTE depending on experience. Role Overview Reporting directly to the General Manager of Europe, the Business Development Executive will be 100% focused on bringing in new business development opportunities. The role involves working collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners in a fast‐paced environment. Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Outreach: calling key decision‐makers via phone, email, and social touches to secure new business; in‐person meetings as appropriate.
- Sell: present, promote, and demo products and services to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost‐benefit and needs analyses with partners to align solutions to their objectives.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Monitor and report on industry market trends.
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and record all call outcomes in the CRM.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities. This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly desirable.
- True hunter and strong relationship‐building ability.
- Organised and able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Curiosity and a desire for continual growth and development.
- Bi‐lingual fluency in English and another language.
