- Global workload management of their team (capacity vs workload), depending the TDS organization.
- Level of application of standard process & tools (100%)
Return of Experience (REX) management between projects
Responsibilities
Accountable for:
-
- Applying the standard processes and related methodologies and tools in order to ensure their domain efficiency within projects development
- Defining,
developing and sharing re‑usable “test patterns” depending the TDS organization.
- Promoting continuous improvement initiatives in their team depending the TDS organization.
- Managing the traceability and configuration of tools used by their team depending the TDS organization.
Responsible for:

- Assigning the resources (staff, …) for executing Projects testing activities
- Managing the workload, including the sub-contracted part (technical assistance or work-package) depending the TDS organization.
- Contributing to the sub-contracting strategy in liaise with Sourcing
- Evaluating performance and setting objectives of their team
- Defining the training plan appropriate to their team’s needs and Alstom strategy
- Proposing to the Site CV Manager the investments necessary to ensure the deliveries on projects conducted by the Site. xysqume
