The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, configuring software/hardware, and ensuring smooth installation and acceptance of service jobs. Security, Access, or Alarm systems).Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building‑automation controls, and standard protocols.Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals.Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching.Strong fault‑finding skills, communication abilities, and customer‑facing professionalism.Fluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments.Annual gross salary from 40000 and applicable NCBA is Contratto collettivo Nazionale Metalmeccanico Ampio .
