Job Purpose
Bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. They analyze business processes,



identify technology opportunities, and help translate business requirements into technical specifications for projects, improvements and bug fixing.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Working with business users to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and documenting these requirements.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through technology.
- Solution Design: Developing and documenting system requirements, contributing to the design and configuration of systems, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and project managers.
