Job purpose: we are looking for a talent relations specialist responsible for managing and executing influencer campaigns and activations, overseeing event dressing coordination, product seedings, event logistics and supplier administration, while ensuring rigorous performance tracking and insightful reporting to optimise influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities
- oversee show‑dressing guidelines with internal teams and support orders and deliveries.
- organise pre‑ and post‑show events with influencers.
- develop packaging for all influencer seedings.
- manage product orders for influencer seedings.
- support influencer activations across product categories.
- develop reports on influencer activities.
- register current and new external suppliers.
- support invoicing processes for external partners. xysqume
- identify new influencer profiles matching the brand DNA.
- support logistics for influencer events and creative trips.
Knowledge and Skills
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in influencer or digital marketing
- proven track record of developing, executing and optimising influencer campaigns
- experience in building performance reports and analysing KPIs
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently on multiple projects
Compensation
ral 26000 – 30000 eur.
