Your Role

As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor , you'll help customers with shipment and delivery-related inquiries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

-

- Supporting customers in German

- Handling delivery and logistics inquiries

- Solving shipment-related issuesProviding accurate information and effective solutions

- Working closely with an international team

What We’re Looking For

-

- Native or fluent German

- Good English skills

- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1 week per month from the Sofia office)
