Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for a HR Generalist for our HQ in Milan (MI).

Posizione:

S/he will join Sergio Rossi Corporate HR Department based in Milan to support the following HR activities or projects:

-

- Manage HR administration, including contracts, employee records, HR database updates, and filing.

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, checklists, and internal follow-up.

- Support recruitment for retail roles, especially France retail positions.

- Assist with basic HR operational tasks, such as probation follow-up, attendance/leave tracking support, employee data updates, and document preparation.





- Support ad hoc HR tasks, internal coordination, and HR project follow-up as needed.

Requisiti:

-

- Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or equivalent Master

- Excellent command of the Italian and English languages, good knowledge of French will be a plus

- Good knowledge of all MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point

- Strong relational skills, xysqume proactiveness and passion for business

- Confidentiality, flexibility, attention to details, multi-cultural approach

- Interest in luxury goods industry and passion for the Brand

- Annual Gross Salary : between 25k and 30k€

- One-year fixed-term contract

- Ticket Restaurant per worked day
