Role Description

Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for an Import / Export Intern to join the Supply Chain team at Group Headquarters in Milan .

The role offers hands-on exposure to customs operations, international trade compliance and import/export processes , supporting daily activities related to inbound and outbound flows in a dynamic and international environment .

Key Responsibilities

- Check and validate customs documentation in compliance with import/export regulations

- Prepare instructions for customs brokers and support clearance activities
- Ensure customs rules, Incoterms and trade terms are correctly applied and timelines respected
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Support the team in interactions with Customs Authorities
- Manage archiving and record keeping of customs-related documentation
- Provide operational support to the Import–Export & Trade Compliance team

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management Engineering, Economics, Law or similar
- Highly motivated, xysqume proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office , especially Excel
- Knowledge of Incoterms and/or EUDR is considered a plus
