Arup is seeking a global Employee Relations leader to design, implement, and govern a globally aligned ER capability across regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC). You will develop global policies, oversee case management, lead investigations, and partner with Legal and People teams to ensure compliant, fair practices while driving a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
