Demichef De Partie Pasticceria
Responsibilities
-
- Assist the Pastry Chef in managing daily activities and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience.
- Prepare and produce desserts, pastry products, and mise en place for the section, maintaining the hotel’s quality standards.
- Manage and organize the section, including ingredients, semi‑finished products, and production timing.
- Prepare menu items, verify equipment, clean and reset work area, and adhere to hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
- Control quality and presentation of preparations before service.
- Communicate with all F&B; outlets and, when necessary, collaborate with other hotel departments.
- Bring to life our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Teamwork, and Creativity to reinforce our We Care culture.
Qualifications

- Extensive experience in luxury hotel or restaurant pastry positions.
- Strong communication skills and a solid ethical service mindset.
- Fluency in Italian; ability to communicate effectively in this language.
- Availability to work night and day shifts; proactive, able to work independently and/or in a team.
