We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Information Technology to join our team, reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Cybersecurity. In this pivotal role, you will lead International IT and serve as the primary liaison for technology solutions that power our international business operations. This position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and translates business objectives into impactful technology initiatives that align with our broader international strategy. As a bridge between business functions, vendors, and internal IT teams, you will ensure that international systems and processes are effective, secure, and scalable. you will help design and deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and elevate the customer experience. Leveraging our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, you will drive consistency, process improvement, and service excellence across all international locations.
