Night Manager

The Night Manager will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests.
Responsibilities

- Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.
- Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests.
- Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night.
- Print arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day.
- Compile company reports and handover for the following morning's shift.
Qualifications

- Professional knowledge of the English language; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Opera PMS.
- Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category.
- Reliability and problem solving skills.
