cost deployment data analysis in order to scout for possible initiatives; carrying out advanced data collection and analysis where necessary to support specific onesSupport all production plants in expediting the identified initiatives, and generating new ones in order to match the assigned targetsSupport all production plants in order to collect all ongoing initiatives, evaluate economic impacts and timely distribution; track adherence to plans and initiatives status at higher level; identify, risks and escalate where necessaryTrack economic results of identified initiatives and impacts on plant performances with the help of relevant stakeholders (work analysis, specific project responsible) for the final validation to be performedPromote Plant by Plant Continuous Improvement project roadmap over the yearConduct problem solving sessions, determining problem metrics, troubleshooting root causes, possible solution sc
