Senior Associate Financial Due DiligenceTransaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing.Kroll's Transaction Advisory Services practice provides financial due diligence and deal execution. As a Senior Associate you will be part of a team that supports private equity funds and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality financial analysis to make informed investment decisions. The role offers a steep learning curve, direct exposure to senior members of the team and clients in a dynamic and international environment. Day to day responsibilities: Preparing in-depth financial analysis of financial statements to identify transaction risks and opportunities Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periodsContributing to assessing normalized EBITDA, net debt adjustments and working capital trendsContributing to report-writing and client deliverablesSupporting,
assisting and training junior members of the team Essential Traits: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or Financial Audit Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplinesStrong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsProven interpersonal and client relationship skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English (written and spoken)Experience working with diverse and multicultural teamsFlexibility to travel, as requiredThe current salary range for this position is 35.000 to 42.000 .About KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
