Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to develop and execute global training plans, programs, and specific projects to support the Company's strategy. In this role,
you will define and deliver content and tools to build and develop the required competencies, in line with the Company Culture and HR strategy. You will also be a key player within our HR team, as a point of contact for management and our employees. You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining a Training & Development infrastructure for Technogym Academy.Your ImpactDevelop and implement programs related to onboarding, performance, talent management, technical and nontechnical training, and/or e-learningConceive, design, and implement the global training programs in line with competency gaps and learning needsManage the induction process for HQ positionsDefine and manage the training catalog and calendar, ensuring all aspects of organizing training in line with Company policiesMonitor and improve KPIs: effectiveness, timing and budgetEnsure development and continuous improve
